Dr. PENYIA Elvis CHE, hails from Bafmeng, a village from FUNGOM Sub Division, Menchum Division of the NWR of Cameroon. He is the Publicity Secretary of Overcomers Care Int’l and the Organizing General Secretary of Arise and Shine for Development.
He doubles as the Arise and Shine President/ASDEV Bafang Branch. He is an Economist, a Business Administrator and a Business Consultant.
